Las Vegas Concrete Symposium Event

2018 is only just beginning and it is already a big year for ISCS. In January we partnered with the Las Vegas chapter of CSI for a two day concrete symposium covering vertical concrete applications, foam core construction, architectural exposed structural concrete (AESC) and a hands on class for constructors demonstrating how to refine concrete to reduce use of sealers, epoxies and coatings while also maintaining high traction coefficient of friction (COF). The two-day event came to an end with a charity celebration involving roller derby and music in an effort to provide clothes and blankets for the local homeless community.
